Brothers and Sisters in Jesus Christ:
Some women can be satisfied with a husband if her he were rich (or if he had father who was rich), or had a great job, or had a wonderful personality, or gave her a lot of his time. Not as many, in my experience, focus on whether their husband were wise. And that is a big mistake. Men do the same. They focus on how beautiful or talented a woman may be. I've never heard a man say, "I've got to date her; she is so wise!" Wisdom is often relegated to the category of "if it is there, great, but it is not the highest on the list of demands." But having a wise spouse is essential for survival of the family, church, and kingdom. Similarly, when we think of our God, we think of him as the greatest, or richest, or most powerful. Most don't say: "I have a wise God." Yet it is essential for God to be completely wise for your survival, which is for his glory. Hear of God's wisdom today.
