The judgments of Scripture fit in where the resurrections occur in God's timeline for humanity.
All unbelievers, through all time since the creation of Adam will be resurrected to face their individual judgment before God, their Creator. This judgment will take place following the one thousand year period of time over which Jesus Christ as personally ruled on and over the earth. God has not kept the reality of final judgment for sin and the consequence of eternity spent in hell a mystery. His wrath against sin has been displayed as Christ bore the brunt of it by His substitutionary atonement on the cross. Christ, Himself, spoke often of the reality of hell and the unending agony it holds for those who reject Him as the one and only means of deliverance from that eternal destiny.
Physical death settles each individual's destiny and sets off the consequences beginning with suffering in Hades until the unbeliever's resurrection at the end of the millennial kingdom to stand in judgment at the great white throne to be sentenced to hell. Hell, in its ultimate experience, will be final and eternal separation from God. God has also revealed there will be degrees of suffering in hell.
