The Hebrew writer quoted from Proverbs last time to remind us that God's discipline is a powerful ally. He provides us with the structure we need in order to endure. This morning, the writer tells us about two additional strategies for staying in the race. We need to prepare ourselves and our path, our "running-lane" if you will; and we need to pursue peace, holiness, and our fellow believers. Prepare and pursue; prepare the right path and pursue each other. In so doing, you will be enabled to stay in the race that much longer.
