Have you ever let someone know that they have a light out on their vehicle?
Most people, when they notice a light has gone out on their friends car, they let them know. Strangers may be thoughtful enough to another stranger that they noticed a blown out light. But friends will usually help friends out with things they just have noticed or ignored themselves.
Now let's apply this to something even more significant and practical that car lights. When we notice a friend's spiritual lights are going dim or have already gone dark... we need to carefully and cautiously and considerately let them know we've noticed that their light is dimming or out.
Therefore, the first thing we do is give them and the issue to Jesus. So pray, and ask Him to do several things before you ever let them know we noticed that their light is out. And remember, just because we verbally correct someone in kingdom life, doesn't mean they've been corrected. Correction only happens when God fulfills the 4 things in their lives. • Solomon says in Proverbs that it's like this, "For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light...
