In this chapter Paul shows to the Corinthian saints how that when the Holy Spirit works in the children of God He makes them willing to respond to the ministry of Christ through His servants without coercion. This point Paul raises to convince this church that their is no need for him to provide commendatory letters from other churches or men, and that he has no need of such from them. What the Lord has done in them is all the letter of commendation they should need to authenticate the genuineness of his ministry. They are his letter of commendation!
