Very Informative Message! This helpful historical message looks at the Baptist doctrine of landmarkism. To do this, Settlemoir examines the writings of the original landmarkers such as J.R. Graves, J.M. Pendleton, and A.C. Dayton. He shows some modern historians have misinterpreted landmarkism and how the doctrine should be defined today. Anyone interested in learning more about Landmarkism needs to listen to this message.
Everyone needs to listen to this! Amazing message Brother Stacey. It was painful to listen to but painful because I know I need to do better! Thank you for this sermon, it was a huge blessing to hear!
Great Sermon! Brother Craig, very well said! The hearing of faith what a powerful hearing by the Spirit of God! The TOTAL depravity of a man will not allow him to do anything towards salvation, or anything at all that is pleasing to God!
Can we even begin to grasp the grace of the hearing of faith!
Thank you dear brother!
Great Sermon! I can't thank you enough for this sermon. I have been a long time trying to truly understand the verse in 1 Tim. 1:5. I have read so many articles online and tried to look for sermons but it seems that the questions I had could not be answered. I love and have been blessed by SermonAudio ( everyday) but am quite surprised how often I go looking for an answer to a question and cannot find a single sermon on it. But another thing I want to say, which may offend many, is how many ministries are actually killing the sheep but always telling us to be online following them. Follow me on Facebook, follow my blog or my friends blog, follow me on twitter. Are you kidding me? Shouldn't we be encouraging one another to get off social media and pray more and read the Bible more? I have felt a long time that all this has defiled us and done more harm than good. How can you have a pure heart, a sincere faith (when we are always trying to impress or be validated) or a good conscience ( ever read the comment section of any post online) by being on social media, except to hear the word expounded. Make no wonder the love of many has grown cold. I no longer listen to about 10 ministries I listened to last year because of this. this was a very good explanation of this verse and I appreciate it.
