After explaining salvation the apostle Paul continued in his letter to give details of how those who have been saved become members of the church. In particular, the local church and how it should function with the members working together with unity while being diverse and individually gifted for the building up of the body. In the early church, as the New Testament was being given, God gave His revelation to the church through the apostles and prophets. When the final revelation was given to the apostle John there was no new and additional revelation coming so those gifts were no longer given. This study concludes with an answer to a question regarding the judgments in scripture as to who is being judged, for what, and when will these occur.
