To know Jesus Christ is to know God. The reverse is also true; if you do not know Jesus you do not know God for He said 'He who has seen Me has seen the Father'. In this passage Jesus delivered the leaves a thriving ministry to go and touch those who were viewed as unclean. In this He revealed heart of God for it was His father's will that he go to these despised people and bring them hope and salvation. We must be open to the Holy Spirit leading us to people we are not naturally attracted to allow God to love them through us.
