The measure of faith given by God to each individual is the giving of spiritual gifts. These gifts are given to believers so they can effectively serve in the local church doing whatever work of the ministry God has gifted them to do. This does not mean someone without that gift cannot and should not serve in that area but those gifted will in effect, take the lead and do it well. As an example, those who do not have the gift of giving should still be generous and giving regularly to the local church. Those without the gift of helps or showing mercy should be doing so when the need and opportunity is known to them and they can so respond. This message is followed by a question and answer session with 3 questions relating to - 1 women and the gift of teaching; 1 the meaning and translation of the Greek word monogenes; and 3 God and time.
