We live in a sociey which promotes pursuing the opposite sex. Our society knows very little about the design God has for a family. God brought Eve to Adam. God's desire is one man and one woman for a lifetime.

God in His Word tells us that a man should be satisfied with the wife of his youth. He should find in her that which satisfies him. Therefore, he will not be drawn away in lust toward another woman. Our society knows nothing of this. Our society endorses the thought of chasing whatever, or whomever your heart desires.

This is not pleasing to God. Neither is it good for ones health, either emotional or physical. Listen to the words of Solomon as he warns the young man about pursuing the seducteress.

Pro 7:21 With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
Pro 7:22 He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;
Pro 7:23 Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his life.
Pro 7:24 Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.
Pro 7:25 Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.
Pro 7:26 For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her.
Pro 7:27 Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.

Going in unto someone other than your wife, leads down the path to hell, the chambers of death. Solomon also says, can a man take fire into his bosom and not be burned?

Our sex crazed society is destroying itself. Look at the issues which are facing us today. Many of them are caused because we have moved away from God design of one man and one woman for a lifetime. The way we people handle the lust in their heart is the cause of much of the pain which exists in our land. When men are reduced to nothing more than the equals of animals, they feel they can perform whatever their flesh desires. This is the outcome of evolution, reducing men to nothing more than animals. We could talk about this for a while, but that is another issue for another day.
