The title “ambassador” sounds official and important, doesn’t it? We associate this word with people who carry official designations, hold important meetings, represent the country’s official stance on issues, and whose words are quoted in newspapers and carry great weight. This all seems far away from our little lives. Do you understand that you too are an ambassador? You are an ambassador for Jesus Christ. You have been purchased by His blood to officially represent Him before all men. This means that the message of your life, be it words or actions, is His message. You do not have the right to present your own opinions or thoughts on any life issue. Christ has given you the responsibility to bear His message on every issue in every interaction. What a responsibility! What a privilege! With great diligence and determination, we should search the words of Christ to insure that we are faithfully carrying the message of Christ.
