Osama Bin Laden introduced the United States of America to the true nature of Islam on September 11th, 2001. I have not forgotten the horror of watching jet airliners fly into the Twin Towers turning them into burning infernos. I have not forgotten the destruction of 1/5th of the Pentagon. I have not forgotten Todd Beamer and those with him aboard the doomed flight 93. I have not forgotten the millions of Muslim celebrants that filled the streets of every Islamic nation on 911. I have not forgotten the scenes of the Star Spangled Banner being burned and trampled upon by wannabe Jihadists around the globe. I have not forgotten the burning effigies of Uncle Sam and President Bush. I have not forgotten the incessant hate filled cries of ALLAH AKBAR, ALLAH AKBAR, ALLAH AKBAR.

Yes, Osama Bin Laden (OBL) is a fallen Islamic hero. He embodies the true Islamic faith of the unholy Koran. The demonic religion of terror and subjugation that OBL gave his life for was not a perversion of Islam, it IS Islam. Violent global Jihad was not created by OBL, it was born out of the false prophet Muhammad's twisted soul, life examples, and consistent teaching as recorded in the Koran:

Koran 2:191-193 "And slay them wherever ye find them [global Jihad], and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution [of Muslims] is worse than slaughter [of non-believers]... and fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah."

I am thankful that many Muslims do not follow OBL's pattern of faithful adherence to the life example and teachings of Muhammad. However, we need only look to history; to the Koran; to the constant threat of Islamic violence in the world; and to the ever present reality of Islamic violence and terrorism in the world to know that Islam is an ugly, oppressive, and violent religion.

How many planes need to be hijacked by Muslim Jihadists before we admit Islam has a violence problem? How many Islamic suicide bombers need to take innocent lives in coffee shops, buses, trains, subways, and crowded streets before we admit Islam has a violence problem? How many women need to be mutilated, beaten, or murdered by their fathers, brothers, boy friends or husbands before we admit that Islam has a violence problem? How many women or young girls need to be raped or gang raped, and then whipped to death or stoned to death as harlots who wantonly inflamed their attacker/s (by the Sharia law enforcing Islamic government), before we admit that Islam has a perverse violence problem? How many London, Paris, or New York streets need to be full of Muslims with chants and signs threatening beheadings and bombings before we admit Islam has a violence problem. These are not isolated events, they are the worldwide Islamic norm.

Claims of Islam being a "religion of peace" are repudiated by the overwhelming multitude of evidence from the past and the present. What the world needs to admit, and Islam needs to confess, is that OBL was a true student of the Koran! OBL was a true follower of Muhammad! OBL was a true servant of Allah! OBL was a true soldier of Islam! Don't strip Osama Bin Laden of his rightful claim. He was a valiant hero and is now a great martyr of Islam. He fought the fight. He kept the faith.

I'll let another hero of Islam eulogize Osama Bin Laden:

"Islam makes it incumbent on all adult males, provided they are not disabled or incapacitated, to prepare themselves for the conquest of countries so that the writ of Islam is obeyed in every country in the world... But those who study Islamic Holy War will understand why Islam wants to conquer the whole world... Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says: Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers]? Islam says: Kill them, put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]… Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for the Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Qur'anic] psalms and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all this mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war? I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim." (Ayatollah Khomeini, the first Supreme Leader of Iran, 1979)

Muhammad claimed to be a prophet in the line of Moses and Jesus. It is long past time that we look at the prophet Muhammad and his followers in the light of the Word:

Matthew 7:15-20 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them."

Muhammad's prophetic fruit is the worst possible kind of "BAD"!!! Muhammad was not a prophet of peace and Islam is not a religion of peace. Islam is the ugly, oppressive, violent, and damning false religion of the false prophet Muhammad.

Many pastors, missionaries, evangelists, and church leaders need to repent of crying peace, peace, when there is no peace. Instead, we need to boldly cry out for our Muslim neighbors to forsake their false prophet and his false religion, that they might be saved through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Robert Schuller's power of positive thinking Universalism won't do. Joel Osteen's smiling Universalism won't do. Brian Mclaren's contemplative Universalism won't do. Rob Bell's loving Universalism won't do. Pretending that Islam is not the fastest growing religion in the world won't do. A bold, dogmatic, unapologetic, and loving declaration of John 3:36; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; and Rom. 10:9 is the only thing that WILL DO what is needed.

John 3:36 "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'"

Acts 4:12 "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

Rom 10:9 "if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

We must speak the truth in love! We must proclaim the truth with clarity! We must preach the truth with passion! This we MUST DO from the pulpit, publicly, and house to house.

Our nation and the world beyond it is ripe for the picking. Robust Biblical Christianity has been replaced by seeker centered, purpose driven, emergent, pragmatic liberalism. This shapeless, tasteless, benign, affable church is powerless to seek and save the lost. It is equally powerless to stand against the sword of Islam. In the vacuum that convictionless creedless Christianity has left, Islam is rushing in with strength, dogmatism, structure, moral fiber, and a vision for global domination. We desperately need a revival of the Lord's method for reaching the world!

Rom 10:14-15 & 17 "How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent?... 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."

Matt 28:18-20 "And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen."

Eph 6:10-20 "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints — 19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak."

Osama Bin Laden is dead. Justice was brought to an evil man. A thousand more will stand in his place to advance Islam in the earth. Will we stand? Will we put on the full armor of God? Will we fight the good fight for the glory of God and the souls of men? Will we take up the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, and boldly un-sheath and declare it in the pulpit, publicly, house to house... even from the roof tops? Where are the Christian heroes? Where are the men who will boldly follow the founder of Christianity? Where are the men who will boldly proclaim His message and call all men to hear and heed it?

Matt 10:27-33 "Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. 28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. 32 Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. 33 But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven."
