I know it has been a long time since you all have heard from us. Since moving into our new place, we have not had a "normal" week until this last one. Our family and our church are getting settled into our new place. The spirit of our services has been really good. Last Sunday we had 3 adult visitors in the morning service.

No missionary could ask for a better convert, disciple, and national leader than Pastor Sakaun. Since accepting Christ in the beginning of 1999, he has exemplified a conscrated life to all who know him. Pastor Sakaun is one of the main pillars of faith here at New Hope Baptist Church.

After our AM services, he went to another church to preach in the afternoon. Just before the service, Pastor Sakaun started passing blood in his urine. He had to go to the doctor to get the bleeding to stop. I saw the blood stains all over his pants and shirt. The doctor there was not very attentive. Sakaun went home to his village last night and saw a local doctor this morning. They are still not sure what caused the hemoraging. Pray for the doctors to have wisdom. Pray for Sakaun to follow God's leading in the treatment of his health. Pray that God will show us what He would have us do. Please pray for God to heal Pastor Sakaun.
