In the church of Jesus Christ, it is necessary that we do more than just get along with other. You many not need more than that at your job, but the church must function more intimately. The church is to function like a body with many parts being assigned differing tasks for the benefit of the whole body. It does not make sense for a hand to punch the stomach that feeds it, so also it makes no sense for one Body of Christ is made up of many people. But since church members are sinners, this harmony takes work on a part of each member to accomplish as they depend on the grace of God. As we repent of our selfishness and put others ahead of ourselves, the harmony we ought to have will be the result. Do you want to be part of such a group and to contribute to it in that way? It is only possible by repenting of your sin and trusting in Jesus Christ to deliver you from sin's effects. But it is a reality for those who commit themselves to Jesus Christ in this way.
