Glad you asked. I'm back to work in the Chicago school system. Case management. Counseling, etc.

After work and on weekends, the Lord has re-directed me to an unfinished project of many years' standing: the establishment of a church in the Albany Park area of Chicago with some mexican friends I made in the 90's. I'm being asked to lead the group, or at least assist in the leadership. To that end I meet with these dear brothers (anywhere from 10 to 30 people) once weekly at their house and once weekly at mine. We are praying for a place where the Spirit of God can be free, where worship is heart-felt and genuine, where the Scriptures are loved and honored, where thelove of God reigns, and where everyone who has a gift gets to use it. No paid ministry is being considered...

Then there's the Internet ministry. I've re-invented myself yet again. I don't really mean to keep doing this, it's just that ideas keep flowing.

I am now professor English. I offer English classes online and here at home, for pay. I use that same medium to preach and teach the Gospel, and to share about North Korea.

Yes, North Korea is resurfacing as a love of my heart. I am using my new site and You Tube to get the same messages out as I was preaching before.

Above all I seek the Lord for more and more of His Power and Presence. I owe to myself, to my listeners, now viewers, and readers, an encounter with God. There is always more of Him to be discovered and experienced, don't you agree?

After all, we grow in our love of sports. Our bellies grow in their love of food. Our TV sets get bigger and bigger. Is Jesus not allowed to show Himself more powerful than all this corruption and be Who He was in the first century and has never stopped being? I think so.
