Greetings! Despite my translator feeling sick and weak, the services today went on as usual except for being a little shorter than normal. I was happy to see a husband and wife visit our morning service until the husband cornered some of the church people after the sermon to pretty much tell them that he thought we should do some things differently. It was good to see how the church members responded to him. They were kind and courteous yet, they knew what the Bible said and why they believe what they believe.
The swine flue is scaring every one over here and many things such as schools, internet cafes, and gymnasiums have been shut down to prevent large groups of people from congregating. Some larger churches have also been closed but so far we have not been told to do so.
Preparations for Zambia are coming along steadily. Keep us in your prayers as we schedule meetings to raise support.
