As this week comes to a close I can do nothing but praise God for the great week we had.

Today's services were a blessing! One man who visited today, came for the first time Friday to the mens banquet. Another man came for the first time with his younger brothers and sisters who attend junior church. A lady who visits sometimes was also here this morning.

The mens banquet went very well. Several unsaved men came as well as several who are Christians. I expressed the need of salvation first and foremost, and then challenged the Christian men to live lives that please and honor God.

The Holy Spirit moved in a great way in the midweek service!

Of course, whenever Gods people are busy in the work, there will be challenges and battles to face. Like all churches ours has its battles and discouragements. Again this week I was reminded that we must not do the work in the flesh but must depend totally upon God and His word. After all, His word can do what we could never do.

Be praying for the ladies banquet on the 20^th.
