Dear Praying Friends,

We had another good Sunday as far as attendance, but what was most notable were the many decisions both in the morning and evening service. We hope to see good results from the decisions made. Pray for a young lady, Berenice, separated from her husband because of physical abuse; this was her third time attending and she raised her hand for salvation. I plan to see her and her mother this week.

We have been having good evening and Thursday attendances and visitors every Sunday morning. We have been seeing better results where we are door-knocking now with four that have come out since June. Three, of them Dulce and her daughter, and a man named Santiago have both returned. The other Braulio came out last week for the first time. He has many questions. Please pray for his salvation.

Please, also, pray for Flavio, a retired major in the Mexican army, who has come with his wife from the beginning of the church, but is not saved. Pray also for Victor, the husband of one of the women attending. He is a lieutenant and part of the Presidential Guard. Victor came out the other Sunday but had to leave early. Later, he told his wife he would like to attend again. They are passing through some financial difficulties and I believe God could use it to open his heart to the gospel.

Please pray for our first trip to teen camp, August 2-5. I hope to take three young men. I believe it will be a great help to be with more spiritually mature teenagers and hearing preaching and teaching several times a day. I will be teaching a workshop on missions there the entire week.

Pray for the next business meeting of the church on August 7. We hope to have more baptisms in the morning and several new members received in the evening including those saved and baptized in the last three months.

Last of all, pray for our first VBS August 8-12 that new children and parents be reached. Thank you for your prayers.
