Dear Praying Friends,

"The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul." What a blessing it was to see Suzy stand up and walk the aisle to accept Christ as her Savior. It was the culmination of many prayers and efforts to see her and her two brothers saved. Although, her two brothers did not come to church, we thank God that this seventeen-year old daughter of an army nurse came to know Christ and is desirous to continue attending. Please continue to pray for her two brothers Daniel and Saul. Another woman as well trusted Christ this Sunday. Sylvia was brought by Beatriz, one of the women in our church.

God also is answering our prayer concerning the husband of one of our ladies attending. Ernesto is Buddhist and has not let Andriana bring their five girls to church, unless he would come to church first. What a surprise it was for me when Adriana came by our house on Saturday to get directions for her husband as he wanted to drive to our church picnic this Monday! Here in Mexico many have the week before Easter off, so we had our first church picnic in the Marqueza, a park in the nearby mountains that surround Mexico City.

It was a joy to have him not only come, but come in our van with us and have the opportunity to see what Christians are all about. Please pray for his salvation and that, now that he knows us, he will allow his daughters to attend church with their mother.

The Christian education building continues to advance and, this week, we should be pouring the concrete for the beams that will hold up the roof and be ready to put the network of rebar together for the roof. Please continue to pray for the funds necessary to plaster the ceiling and walls, to paint, and to tile the floors.

Please pray for Elias, our two-year old, as he is now on his third day with a throat infection that is giving him fevers and the antibiotics we are giving him has still not taken the infection away.
