The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
Numbers 6:24-27
My Grace is Sufficient For Thee
GRACE IS WHAT I NEED – God’s free, abundant, satisfying, sanctifying grace! I need grace to believe God and to continue in that faith. I need grace to give and forgive, grace to love and be loved, grace to live and grace to die.
If I have little grace, the fault is mine; for His grace is called “abundant grace.” The Lord may not give gold, but He will give grace. He may not give ease in life, but He will give grace in proportion to my need. He will certainly send me trials, but never without the grace to overcome. I may ask God for something which is not for my good and therefore He is not pleased to give it, but I may ask for as much grace as I will, and it will never be refused; for His throne is literally a throne a of grace (Heb. 4:16)!

Under The Blood
I know that many of God’s children are wondering what to do during this virus outbreak. This is not the first time that God has passed through the land to demonstrate His sovereignty and power.
Remember when the LORD passed through the land of Egypt to kill the first born, He told Israel to slay a lamb and put its blood over the door and the two side posts, after that they were to go into their homes by families and stay inside their houses, under the blood, while the LORD passed through the land to kill all the first born not under the blood. To God’s children at Bethel Baptist, sit quietly in your homes while the LORD passes through the land. You are under the blood, safe in the Shepherds fold.
Pastor John Chapman
“For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty” (Gal 5:13).
We have been called by God’s Sovereign Grace according to His purpose (Rom 8:28).
We have been called out of darkness into light (1 Peter 2:9).
We have been called through the Gospel, and by the preaching of the Gospel (2 Thes. 2:14).
We are called to be sons, children of God (1 John 3:1).
Because of our calling we have liberty in Christ, Freedom in Christ! We are freed from the power of death, freed from the bondage and penalty of sin, and freed from the law. Now we have liberty to freely serve our brethren in love, and to freely serve our Lord in love!
Pastor Kevin Thacker
We rejoice today that we have the blessed privilege to assemble, in heart, around the Gospel. I know that these times are different from the norm, but the Lord’s providence has dictated these times and we bow to His will and purpose. The authorities, for the health and safety of our citizens, have placed restrictions upon our meeting together, and we’re commanded, in accordance to our obedience to Christ, to “be subject unto the higher power. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God” Rom. 13:1.

Light In The Gospel
For some of you, this is a time of great darkness; but in the gospel there is light for the present, yes, joy even for this moment in which you seem to be driven almost to despair. When I preach about the water of life so freely given by God, I mean just this – that all you need between here and heaven, Christ is ready to give you. All that your soul can possibly require to enable you to stand in the presence of God without fear and dwell in the bosom of God forever, made perfectly like Christ by His grace – all that is in the gospel for you; and we are bidden to invite you to partake of it in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
Pastor Bruce Crabtree
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Rom. 8:28).
People often claim this verse as a blanket promise without knowing what this verse is actually saying and teaching; most of the time they only quote part of the verse. All things do work together for the present and eternal good of believers who are called to Christ in faith and to those who believe and love the gospel (2 Tim. 1:9; 1 John 4:19).
However, to those who do not believe the gospel and to those who do not love the God of Holy Scripture everything is working against them (Gal. 1:6-9; 1 Cor. 16:22). The holy law of God is against them (Gal. 3:10). Their sin is against them (Isa. 59:2). To those who do not believe the gospel the wrath of God is against them (John 3:36).
Oh may the true and living God be pleased to grant us faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and repentance toward God (Acts 20:21). Oh may the true and living God give us love for Him (1 John 4:9-11). Oh may God call us out of darkness to His marvelous light (1 Pet.2:9). If God be for us, who can be against us (Rom. 8:31).
Then we can believe and truly say in our heart, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”
