A most beautiful Lord's day here and the beginning of the treatment of our confession as we believe in the Apostolic creed. The Almighty God is MY God and MY Father for Christ's sake!

Immanently qualified: The focus on this Lord's day is not so much on Christ, but on us. Not so much even on God, but as it relates to His relationship to us. The fact that God is Creator of all things is the very foundation of our comfort as He cares for us! Some outright deny creation or believe creation (but not exactly) by divine fiat as they try to "accommodate" others who believe in evolution or theistic evolution. This contradicts the inherency of the inspired Word of God however. the truth denied by these ROB the child of God of all his comfort! Doubts that God continues to sustain, hold, and govern all things. This is very important! Know that in the measure one manipulates creation so one does to our comfort! There is no comfort if God does not create and uphold creation and all things are of chance or fate. Not so! Do I need to even mention those even in the church world who want to limit the Almighty God denying 6 day creation? "The worlds were framed by the word of God" and by faith we believe and He governs and steers all things to accomplish His end!

Graciously adopted: We look unto God who dispenses all things even amidst a church world that strip the fundamental truths (AND COMFORT) of creation. God has given this to us for the sake of Christ! His Spirit bears with our spirit that we are a child of God. He took us, made us His possession in the cross in a depth that we will never ever be able to plummet. Be He did it for you and me because He loves us! Taken into His family by Christ and made us one of His children, giving us heaven! Unbelievable! Well BELIEVE IT! This is the valley of tears in order that He may teach us and pull us back to Himself as we live on this side of the grave. Life is not the end, but only a journey and this will never, ever be heaven!

Wonderful Confidence: And if God be for us, who can be against us?! ALWAYS the hand of our heavenly Father. If we understand it in regards to us and our children, how much more with our heavenly Father as we are in His heart! Think about this for a bit. The Almighty God is MY Father and has YOU in His heart! My Father for Jesus' sake!

We may be unfaithful and you and I are.....BUT God is ALWAYS FAITHFUL!
