Great Sermon! God gave this gifted preacher amazing insight into the future. Such preachers, with knowledge of a Christ revealed in their utter lostness, are nearly extinct in these days! I hope these sermons are blessed for those who still want to hear them.
Our daughter had the âsignsâ of Downâs syndrome in the womb. Seems the doctor was pushing amino synthesis to test for sure. My wife said we are keeping this baby no matter what so what does it matter? He said knowledge is power and stormed off. 4 years later our daughter is one of the most articulate children I have ever seen. I wonder how many children have been sacrificed to moloch upon false diagnosis
Excellent Excellent resource for anyone who wants a better understanding of the Biblical definition of adultery and what it means. Dr. Baucham is right on with his teaching.
Uncertain Voddie, do you turn off your cell phones, your internet connection and televisions, so as not to make others have to work on the Sabbath? Seems like a loophole there.
Good message Good and clear exposition of the details of the exodus. There is much to be learned from this part of the Bible other than just Israel leaving Egypt, and Dr.Baucham offers a tremendous amount of clarify about this part of the Bible.
Mixed reaction There's some good material here from Dr.Baucham, particularly the heavy emphasis he places on the importance of confessions and creeds, of which I'm in complete agreement.
Where I have some issues, though, is in how Voddie seems to downplay the importance of seminary in training and sending of men. I don't doubt that there are sharp men who can aspire to leadership, but neglecting seminary seems to me to be a mistake. How is a man getting the in-depth training to pastor a church when they're just doing this as a hobby, without any sort of background education in the subject? If a pastor won't bother with seminary then how deep is their teaching really going to be? I want my family taught by a man who's done the training, not someone who does it as a side-job and can't even read Greek.
Great Sermon! Great sermon, we need more sermons like this, that makes so called christians search the heart and pray that we wouldnt be a curse hypocrite.
I fear some Reformed Churches need to digest more of C H Spurgeon?
Amen. He definitely was an evangelistic Calvinist. Some teach that evangelism is unnecessary, which is unbiblical.
I am from N.Ireland. the Mourne area. came to Canada in 1957. I knew Rev. Paisley when he was much younger. I am 74 now . I watch some of the messages on SermonAudio most sundays and I love it.
