MS wrote: Utter tripe, John Y. Go pedal that at your Sunday morning āBaptist buildingā. Then you don't believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongues? Why did you state Baptist building instead of Baptist Church? The correct term is Baptist Church. |

John UK wrote: He sure is a character bro. Oh it made me larf! Not so much because it was funny, but simply the fact that he seemed to be quite serious in his answer to a very good question. Mind you bro, it might have been a little too deep for him, although I caught the sense of it straight away. I wonder if John Yurich regards the taking of the Holy Communion in the RCC as necessary for salvation? If not, why is it a negative to be excommunicated from the RCC? Yes, it was quite a night, but I did get some sleep, and the news in the early hours caused me to rejoice with great rejoicing. I don't believe that taking Holy Communion is necessary for salvation. I responded to the question by Frank by stating what Catholic teaching states what the spiritual negative is about being excommunicated from the Catholic Church. I don't believe that teaching. I believe there is no spiritual negative in being excommunicated from the Catholic Church. |

Frank wrote: Well John, it has been a while since you posted frequently on the forum. Because of that I am going to ask you a question that will allow those who donāt know you to know where you stand. What would be the spiritual negative if someone was excommunicated from the catholic church? According to Catholic teaching the spiritual negative of being excommunicated from the Catholic Church is that one can't receive Holy Communion. |

Today at my Baptist Church the sermon was given by Pastor Steve and was titled "Only Jesus is Lord: The Lordship of Christ" from Acts 2:29-36. The sermon was about how only Jesus is Lord. And Jesus Rules Over Everything1)He is Lord of History,(2)He is Lord of Salvation,(3)He is Lord of the Church,(4)He is Lord of us(Exclusive right to Rule us). Pastor Steve then gave an Altar Call. |

Adriel wrote: But John; In your next post you said quote:- "Francis is a total lunatic. I have no use for Francis" Now you surely don't want a judge who is led by a "total lunatic" do you?
The only thing that matters is that she is a conservative judge who is against abortion and homosexual marriage so that there is a conservative majority of judges on the Supreme Court to overturn abortion and homosexual marriage. |

Adriel wrote: BTW - Amy Coney Barrett ā¦ā¦ā¦.. "Barrett is a practicing Roman Catholic, meaning if appointed and confirmed to Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat, six of the court's nine members will be observant Catholics. While a full-time faculty member at Notre Dame, Barrett was affiliated with Faculty for Life, a pro-life group at the school." So what that Barrett is a practicing Catholic? The only thing that matters is that she is against abortion, homosexuality and homosexual marriage considering she is a Republican. |
