Unprofitable Servant,
We are not talking about the actions of unregenerate people (unregenerate votes), we're talking about the actions of Christians such as you and I (Christian votes). As Christians, we understand that the Bible commands us to support righreousness and not wickedness. We are not to give money to PlayBoy, for example! Nor are we to give our votes/support to wickedness (like Trump who has promoted PlayBoy, strip clubs, abortion, gay marriage, just about everything that's wrong with our culture today). God also makes it clear that the people mourn when the wicked rule. So why in a republic where we are given a choice in who our next leader will be, would we intentionaly choose a wicked leader? The Bible makes it very clear we are not to keep wicked people around us, just look at Psalm 1, so how much more are we not supposed to endorse those wicked people by our vote for them?! It doesn't matter what letter is by their name, evil is always evil. Now, of course, everyone is evil, but there is a difference between unrepentant sinners and repentant sinners. Repentant sinners are called righteous, unrepentant sinners such as Trump are called wicked. |

4. 2Sa 23:3 The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God. Hmmm, not reading "under Old Testament covenant only", or "judges". What is there is "He that ruleth over men". Furthermore, the commentaries jive with that. 5. I do think the positions of U.S. Senators and Congressman, State legislators, and the like should be held by God-fearing, just men, and I do care about that. You are unfairly assuming I don't. If we were talking about any of those positions, then I would be saying that. But we have been talking about the Presidential elections, so of course I have been talking about that. And if by "Cruz electors" you are reffering to delegates, then delegates do not rule over the people. They are not civil leaders. They do not have any kind of authority over the people. So of course they are not treated as leaders! |

Jimmie Patakie,
We must do all we can, no matter how hard it gets or how discouraged we feel. Almost all major revivals and movements in history have hit a point where it doesn't look like they will make a difference. But that is the moment before they win! If we stick with it, and if we stick with God's principles, then God will bless that, even if things get tough. I hope that is an encouragement to you.  |

Everyone, there's a great book out called "Everything Wookie" that covers wookie flu and how to fight it, evangelising wookies, socialising with wookies, etc. It's written by Imma Tall Anne Harry. Great wookie reading I must say!  |

Ooohhh, I've ridden a skeeter too! I had to pull out my Truth Sabre though, when Darth Lincoln attacked me, accompanied by his sith apprentice Darth Lurker! (No offence to Jim Lincoln or Lurker, just going with the flow and having a little bit of fun ). Anyways, as if they weren't enough to handle, the evil Emperor Clinton appeared on the scene, trying to zap me with her sith lightning! Thank goodness Ozzie Wan Daveoby and JayJay Solo came on their skeeter at just the right moment! Jabba the Trump was threatening to eat me with his tremendously long and sharp tongue hanging out of his mouth! Eeewww!  Then Jar Jar Yurich arrived on the scene, unsure who he was supposed to fight. After all, his pope had shook his head, spittle streaming out of his mouth, and then told Jar Jar Yurich "be gone with you"! So, in other words, my life has been pretty busy! |
