women have been wearing pants, and pantlets with shortened skirts for millions of years too, what the Bible is stating is don't cross dress, ... so many have been trapped in weird churches with these rules and i have to tell you that it gives God's Name a bad reputation, ever work with a woman in a long skirt when they refused to do certain tasks? everyone hates them, women have been girding up their dresses to plow and plant, this is how the poor people survived ... lol
roman soldiers wore shortened tunics, they looked like modern mini dresses, robes were worn by both sexes in biblical times,if we follow Levitical laws now, make sure you don't wear cotton with linnen ... lol
