To think he redeems us sinners, and then calls us to co-labor with him in redeeming others.
Our lives are not our own.
May he teach us to love as Christ loves us.

As I grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, He is continuing to open my eyes to deeper biblical truth through preaching and teaching such as this.
I've heard only pre-trib rapture, dispensational theology, but as I read and study... He is revealing to me that what I've heard is mostly man's tradition rather than biblical truth.
“ Great Sermon! ” "For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God's sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous." ROM.2:13 Paul is not referencing the OT code. He is referencing the wordlthat has been added in regard to the sin of the Lord's murder. Murder cannot be a direct benefit to anyone. RCC's do have their problems, but you are just as bad off,if not worse, than they are.
“ Great Sermon! ” This is truly, truly mighty. Thank you. I wept in awe and amazement and gratitude and in a refreshing of the impact that my God, our Triune God Is everything and all that I need or will ever need.

“ Great study. ” Good presentation of the Puritan view of the Bible. Essentially, the message follows the chapter on Bible from Leland Ryken's book on the Puritans, "Wordly Saints".
“ Essentially Literal ” My heart resonates with these literal texts and now my confidence in them, after hearing your teaching, has been bolstered. As Pastor Jim McClarty has said, If God had wanted the authors to use different words, well then, He would've given them different words...
“ Piety. ” This message discusses the Eastern Orthodox view of piety, the medieval Catholic view of piety and the Reformation view of piety. Very useful the observation that the Reformation puts stress on the cognitive aspect, by preaching.
“ Fatherly care. ” A message about Calvin's treatment of the doctrine of creation, how he teaches this doctrine with the aim of deepening our piety, of seeing in creation God's fatherly care for His people.
“ Living for the glory of God. ” Interesting and useful message about the aim of Calvin's Institutes to convince his readers to love God more and to find their all happiness in Him. True religion consists in religious affections toward God. A good explanation of what Calvin understood by knowing God in Christ and a plea for living for the glory of God.
“ Orthodoxy has never accepted kenosis? ” Dr. Reymond mentioned that orthodoxy has never accepted the kenosis theory. In Dr. McGuckin's St Cyril of Alexandria and the Christological Controversy he says on page 186 "Cyril, by preference calls this economy a Kenosis or self-emptying, following the terms of Phil 2:6-11, a central text in the debate." On page 134 speaking of the human nature of Christ "he ate and drank and did not exist on air, and accepted ignorance within his human mental life as a 'kenotic' expression of his divine condescension..."
“ Very Thorough ” Quite an encouraging teaching; indeed he leads the hearer through these two grand doctrines in a very Puritan-like manner exploring them in such a slow way that God's word has time and takes the time to really effect a change in the heart. "masterful, biblical, experiential theology."
“ Confessions of Faith. ” In response to Catholics defining their beliefs at Trent, Protestants define their beliefs in Confessions of Faith. A presentation of Protestant Confessions of Faith from 16th and 17th Centuries.
“ Calvin's life. ” Sixteenth century background - a changing world. Geneva background. A presentation of Calvin's life, with many information, unheard details before. Useful message.
