Great Sermon! I was greatly blessed by this sermon today when I was unable to make it out to church owing to illness. One cannot be reminded too many times of God's love, faithfulness and greatness.
Faithful Teaching As usual, this is a helpful and faithful explanation of Biblical doctrine. Rev. Mohon uses Robert Shaw's Exposition of the Westminster Confession to great effect, but also brings much to the table himself. I particularly appreciated the way in which Mary's encounter with Christ after the Resurrection was presented. The Lord's Day is a time of conversing with Christ and conversing with others about Christ. What a blessing it is to those who love the Lord!
Great Sermon! Roy--
Fantastic sermon; great to hear your voice again. John and I listened to this on the Lord's Day afternoon. We felt like you were right here with us.
A Biblical look at Heaven Here is an all-too-rare look at what the Bible says about Heaven. Using the Bible, it's shown that Heaven is a real place, not a state of mind. This sermon was so interesting that I want to listen to the whole series!
A Biblical Perspective on a Contemporary Topic This address is very interesting on a subject of topical contemporary interest from a Biblical perspective. This address shows, in Pastor Mohon’s words, the Global Apostasy from which proceeds the terrible deeds that both the Mayans and the heathen neighbours of Israel were engaged in. It is pertinent to us today, as the film, only just released in the US has already covered its costs, showing that human nature is still fallen and people are fascinated by these terrible deeds.
Fascinating subject! I love the study of history, and seeing it alongside the Biblical account is amazing. Thank you for your research and you willingness to share!
