• Esther sought advice and humbly followed that advice. If you will seek counsel from others, you will generally pray more and receive more heavenly counsel. (Proverbs 11:14, 15:22.
• Rehoboam is a good example of taking advice or ignoring it in this case. After Solomon died, the kingdom was turned over to his son to take the reigns. Rehoboam was a young man who split the kingdom in two with one rash decison. Jeroboam was made to leave Israel by Solomon to live in Egypt. (1 Kings 12:1-19)
