I found an old wallet. Inside it said: "In case of death, call …" The Christian life is not meant to be lived that way. We should not be focusing on our own pursuits and in case of death, call on God. Save me, now God. We live in an age where sincere passion for God is hard to find. We are at the center of our own worlds. We live for ourselves and use God for our convenience. Many never come to an absolute unconditional surrender to the will of God. Every Christian must have a God-centered focus. You know this by the first petition of the Lord's prayer: "Hallowed by your name." What are the God-centered implications of this? Many problems that we have would vanish if we truly prayed, "Hallowed be your name." We need to long for this, to earnestly plead for this. "Father, cause your name to be hallowed! Do whatever you must do in me, in my family, in my church, in my city, in my country, in this world, so that your name is hallowed."
