With much thanks to Troy, we now have my blog mirrored on our church website. It occurs to me that this medium - like so many others in God's creation - contains great potential for either profound good or for real harm to the soul. The original mandate given by God to our first parents - to fill the earth and subdue it - relates to our use of the technologies of our times. It takes a nano-second to discover the depths of depravity lurking on the internet. Reprobate men and women understand the potential for power, and employ it with devastating effectiveness. Will the sons of light be as savvy, and turn this technology for kingdom purposes? Will we employ these means for expanding and extending the glorious reign of Christ? While there are some who would rather flee the field altogether, and have nothing to do with these modern innovations, it seems more prudent to harness and use them for the glory of our Savior. May He be pleased to protect us and bless us!
