A Dead Dog Eats with the King! Dr. Davis gives us a wonderful exposition from 2 Samuel 9...the story of lame Mephibosheth!
Bonus in the sermon: Dr. Davis gives us the New Testament equivalent of Psalm 23:1!
Great 30 minutes spent in the Word of God. |

Commitment, Contentment, Confidence A wonderful exposition of Psalm 16; Dr. Davis gives us a good study and application of these words of David.
He also emphasizes the beauty of Christ's resurrection in verse 10, and how the man after God's own heart anticipated a greater Son who would not see decay and who would preserve not just our souls but our bodies for His glory.
Good sermon, but must be listened to more than once and very carefully to glean all the good fruit! :) (like most good sermons!) |

Extravagant, Treacherous, Obscure & Impulsive! We see at least four different types of disciples in Mark 14. Dr. Davis brings these light in less than 40 minutes, pointing us in the end to Jesus. We are redeemed from "Satan's landfill" and are called to offer what we have for His glory!
Worth the time, "bigly" 😆! |

Great Sermon! Another powerful exposition by DRD. Here, he shares with us the transition of Yahweh's power from Elijah to Elisha. What are we to take away about our God from this history? |

More than just a cemetery plot! Rev Davis has a gift for taking a seemingly mundane passage (this one is about Abraham buying Sarah's tomb) and showing us what God is teaching through the text.
He makes the point that ALL of the Bible is profitable, and demonstrates that fact in this sermon. More than just a narrative in mourning, or a detailed real estate negotiation, Genesis 23 is a beautiful lesson about Yahweh's faithfulness. |
