“ To God Be all the Glory! ” Joel 2:1
Blow the Trump in Zion, and sound the an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land remember tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand.
“ Interesting talk ” I was referred to this sermon by Rev James Clark. I am based in Kent and attend a Reformed Baptist Church but they use the NKJV now. I have a copy and have been using it but I will take my Authorised along now. This is very eye opening.
“ Great Sermon! ” It is ALWAYS such a genuinely edifying pleasure as well as privilege to hear the Rev. Keddie--what a beautiful and edifying way to begin the Lord's Day here in the spiritual wasteland of the Chicago suburbs in the United States.
“ Great Sermon! ” I really do appreciate metrical Psalm-singing and wish more American churches followed this biblical practice. And what, no pizza for the prayer meeting? What would the "Orthodox" Presbyterian "Church" in Wheaton, Illinois in the United States say?
“ Great Sermon! ” This sermon affirmed for me the emptiness, hollowness, and utter lovelessness of the Pharisaical OPC here in the United States. I absolutely love Rev. Macleod and the FCSC and look forward to every sermon and listen to him every opportunity I have here in the spiritual wasteland of the United States and am so grateful to God and to SermonAudio that I can listen to him at all.
“ To God be the Glory! ” I am grateful and my heart overflows in joy with the bountiful blessings of his word coming from a shepherd who truly loves and is a devoted servant of the Most High God! In these dark times of troubles coming over the whole world I am comforted and at perfect peace when I can sit at my Messiah's feet with so much Thanksgiving. Thank you Brother William for your faithfulness you are a blessed and precious soul.
“ Truth for all to hear ” "as the deer pants for the water." Thank you Pastor, for saying what needs to be said. This is water to the soul. I hope that all will listen and watch this message about Almighty God. These facts will never change.
“ Be Thankful! ” There's always, always, always, something to be thankful for. This is a great sermon about how wrong it is for Christians to whine, grumble, complain, and gripe. We are so blessed for so many reasons. Thank you Pastor.
“ Powerful ” Rev MacLeod is a powerful and spirit filled preacher. My attention span is not the greatest but I can’t but hang on this gentleman’s every word. My answer to the question which forms the title to this sermon is giving in indwelling sin and following shame at my weakness. I am reading John Owen on this at the moment and God will give me the victory.
“ Always faithful ” Pastor James has been a blessing to me even though I live hundreds of miles away from him. I came to know him through his wonderful devotional books for the depressed (available from James Dickson Books Glasgow and Peter Reynolds Books Durham) and have been a regular listener to his gentle yet penetrating sermons. “ To God Be the Glory ” Words cannot express how faithful, how caring and loving our God is to us at all times and how we so need to be reminded and remember all our deliverances past. Thank you and God Bless you Brother William.

“ Glory be to God! ” God bless you brother William for your faithfulness and love for the sheep of our Messiah’s flock. May those who have ears hear what the Spirit is saying in this hour.
“ Profound Sermon! ” This was a wonderfully refreshing sermon which went to the heart of our experience as believers. It was Reformed and encouraged me practically - the idea of perfectionism has entered conservative reformed circles and many Christians have lost their assurance because of it.
