Great Sermon! Thank you, for this message! I have a friend who is Catholic and asked me if when I left my church, did I feel encouraged or hurt by the message. I told her at the time, that I was encouraged . But also felt I should have said convicted to keep reading the word of God so that God would teach me right living. I feel I need to help her see or learn that God's word is true and needed in her life.
May God bless you Pastor Russ as you preach! Thanks for what you do.

Enriching Sermon! Thank you for making these sermons available online. I really wish we had such Churches with such sermons in the city of Kolkata. But technology reduced the distance. Thank you for making these available online.
Great Sermon! Righteousness reigns through grace.
So why do Christians continue to judge another man's servant? As do many posters here at SA. Why are we finding so much fault with the natural man? How can we continue to be surprised at them stumbling in the dark? We stumbled also. Now we have the Light they need. We know what is right and Who is righteous.
We have no righteousness of our own. It is by God's grace that we are saved. And, that to the uttermost.
Praise him! Praise him again and again!
What the Law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh (We failed in all of its aspects.), Christ did. This is why he cried out "It is FINISHED!"
Good News This pastor gives the best illustration as to the Law's ineffectiveness in producing righteousness. The Law does not produce life.
We see all the more clearly why Jesus is precious to have delivered us from this present evil world. And, there's more to come.
Thank you pastor Russ.
Great Sermon! It seems that most pastors fail in equipping the saints with the one thing that matters. That is the Gospel.
Error also creeps in because many in the pews are not saved and possiblyfollowing a man in the pulpit, or looking for friendships among ill informed churchgoers.
I have found that many are satisfied in being saved only.
This message should convert any listener that tolerates false teaching and simply brushes off that small ember of false doctrine without exerting any effort of putting it
out altogether. Always with meekness and love.
This is certainly a stirring sermon.
I thank God for leading me to pastor Russ' sermons.
Thus Sayeth Scripture More and more I am seeing how we demand others to perform in their flesh. We seem to want to see or know how they are living, according to the law, instead of seeing them through the eyes of grace.
Many of the threads indicate that we are not committing the brethren to the word of God's grace.
Needful Reminder
Powerful Warnings in Ministry Fakes.
God bless this pastor for telling the truth and for reminding us to carefully hear what is being taught, and what the aim of one's teaching.
Great Sermon! A wonderful exhortation to enter God's rest AND obey Him. Especially timely in America today as we believers often become distracted and stressed out by the busy-ness of life in our performance-centered culture.
Sermon Volume I know many preachers at the Chapel vary in their tone and volume in almost every sermon, but sometimes I have a lot of trouble hearing Russ when I listen to his sermons. Is there any way you could increase the max volume so I can hear him better when he's nearly whispering?
Great Sermon! Thank you for listening to Clearcreek Chapel. Unfortunately we experienced technical difficulties while recording this portion of the sermon. Please see the manuscript for the last chapter of Ruth.
