Great Sermon! I’ve never heard such a breadth, depth, and compassion to the great need to live in love by bearing, believing, hoping, and enduring as in this wonderful soul stirring, godly sermon for our daily lives. I’ve listened to it twice it’s so refreshing! Thank you for expounding so well this verse! I can’t wait to listen yet another five or ten times!
Great Lecture! We should all be so thankful for the legacy of William Tyndale, which is nothing less than the Bible in English!
Living in exile and hunted by those who did not want the Bible to be available to the people in their own language, he endured great hardships and even gave his life so that the Word of God would be available to his fellow countrymen. Most of what we read in the King James Version is his translation of the original Hebrew and Greek texts. How we should thank God for how He used this brave and godly man!
Thought provoking Extremely challenging and well presented sermon. Sin is the terrible plight which we as Christians must fight against although it is sadly true how too often we find getting free or getting rid of our darlings so hard to do. God grant us all as individuals and as the body of Christ to ask and plead that He would give us His power and grace to weed out the sins which all too often so easily beset us
Misery. Absolute Misery. How grateful for the new birth. Thanks for underscoring just how miserable hatred is. Hate God. Hate Neighbor. Hate self. Remarkably we are being transformed into the Image of His son!
