“ Encouraging Sermon! ” While so many mega and mini churches today invest resources and put their trust in other means of filling the pews, it is always encouraging to hear the testimony of pastors who put the preaching of the Word in first place and keep it there against circumstance and human logic. This pastor’s testimony leaves no doubt that he knows the blessing that comes when we make the sowing of the Word our priority and leave it to the Lord to “add to the church such as should be saved” (Acts2.47), something no amount of church music, dancing, spectacle and entertainment can achieve.
