“ Giants verses promise ” I have always wonder about these giants after the flood and didn’t understand how they came up after the flood. Thank you for clarifying some of my questions.ðŸ™
“ A Must Hear! ” Oh I just enjoyed Dr. James White's conviction in his preaching! A faithful Reformed Theologian who doesn't mince words! Not only that but He does something which many 'preachers' in our day refrain from doing . . . He calls a 'spade a spade' . . . I just loved to hear him call the Roman Catholic Mass for what it is . . . BLASPHEMY! I believe no sermon or lecture is complete on the "Finished work of Christ" without mentioning the Roman Mass.
And please let me mention that my beloved wife is undergoing a surgery next week and my Roman Catholic dad told me he was going to 'offer a Mass' on her behalf . . . And I had let it pass as I have already confronted his religion many years ago. But after hearing you preach and call the Mass a blasphemy once again convicted me to tell my dad not to offer that Mass!
God bless you Brother James! May the good Lord raise more preachers like you! Your kind of strong preaching will not 'win friends and influence people'! But which true preacher would want that! What we want to hear is a "Well done thou good and faithful (not successful) servant . . . Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord!

“ Overview cont'd ” Even if we tried to keep the Sabbath, we could never keep it perfectly. Only Jesus Christ did that. Stand firm in Christ: He has and is ALL you need.
“ Overview ” We are under the Law of Christ now, not under the Old Covenant. He explains the book of Hebrews and how it relates to Believers today. Entering God's rest means to repent & believe in God's Son Jesus Christ. True Sabbath rest is found only in Christ. Only a few who left Egypt under the O.C. entered God's rest, the Promised Land, because of rebellion and disobedience. Christ is the greater Moses: REPENT AND BELIEVE the Gospel. And if you have already repented and believe, you have already entered His rest. Those who believe we have to still practice the Saturday Sabbath or the Sunday Sabbath (for those who believe the sabbath was moved) or any other day,
are all missing the mark, he says; Jesus Himself is the fulfillment of the Sabbath and we have our sufficiency for fulfilling the Sabbath in Him; He met/meets that law for us. Let no one judge you regarding the sabbath day, as the apostle Paul said; there are NO specific days we are bound to. You may hold a special day onto the Lord but you have no right to hold anyone else to it.
SEE JESUS AS ALL SUFFICIENT. Whatever the Law requires, look to Christ and you will find fulfillment. You will never go wrong by fleeing to Jesus...We are complete in Him!
