“ A helpful look at Eve's 'desire'. ” Most Christians have heard that Ge 3.16 describes Eve's sinful desire for her husband's position after the Fall. But from this look at the underlying Hebrew, we see the sadness she felt after the Fall and how she longed for a restored relationship, not the position of headship, Eve desired.
