“ Great explanation of the plagues ” I was drawn to Pastor McCrea's preaching this week because I was counseling a friend who was in fear that he had committed the unpardonable sin and pointed me to a sermon here. I was impressed and immediately went to the site's recommended sermon. I have listened to it several times especially the powerful exhortation about the blackness of darkness at the 33 minute mark of the sermon. I sent the link to several friends, including my friend A N Martin with a note that this is how preaching in our Reformed Baptist churches used to be but rarely now have the same life or death earnestness. Any solid description of hell should make even the most assured Christian tremble to the bottom of his feet, and so this sermon does. Thanks, of course we feel in your debt for moving our (too often)cold dead hearts and may God bless your ministry.
“ Great love of God. ” Blessed account of God grace in saving a sinner and in guiding His child, and in calling him to ministry. It was inspiring to watch and listen to this testimony: God can do great things in my life also.

“ Powerful message ” I can't remember ever hearing a more illustrative preached message regarding the disproportionate results of what we speak. It takes omnipotence to tame our tongue as our own failures, despite our best efforts, give testimony to. Thank God, that power is available to those that ask for it. "O LORD...keep the door of my lips".
“ Excellent message on deferring to God's way ” I echo the sentiments of the other posted comments. There are a number of admonitions to godly living in the first several verses of Psalm 37. One of those items is resting in the LORD, ceasing from our own works and wisdom, and waiting patiently for him. Jesus Christ left us an example that we should follow in his steps. When he suffered he threatened not, but committed himself unto him that judges righteously. May we uphold brother McCrea and others like him in prayer, that they may be the LORD's messenger in the LORD's message in the time that remains. Maranatha! (an exclamation of the approaching divine judgment) Alleluia: for the LORD God omnipotent reigns!

“ Great Sermon! ” I highly recommend this multi-sermon study on Psalm 37. Pastor McCrea teaches much exhortation and comfort from this in depth exposition of this beautiful chapter.
