Great Sermon! justification is the main tenet,by which we stand or fall.Romans 5:9 states that we were justified 'by blood'as well as by faith meanig, the atonement had to be efficacious,in order for us to be justified by faith alone.Rome would all to believe otherwise.
Excellent Material as well as a Warning Whether one agrees with the premise that the Auburn Theology had at its foundation the teachings of Cornelius Van Til - I am not sure I am convinced of this - this material is still excellent and important. As one pastor stated of Robbins' having the Auburn Pastors in his cross hairs, "he is barking up the right tree." The ramifications of their teaching is seen in such fruits as a new definition for justification, and presumed regeneration of baptized infants etc. etc. See especially Mark Horne's writings on such
subjects... it is sacramentalism rearing its head in a new form.
