8th sermon on my odyssey Dera Pastor worrell,
thankyou for such a lovely sermon, and for the thoughts and challenging aspects contained therein.
I am on an odyssey of chronologically listening to a sermon from each book of the Bible,by a speaker whom i havent heard before.
I am being really blessed, edified, challenged and encouraged in this venture, and being built up in my most holy faith.
God bless you and your congregation.
Great Sermon! A must hear message on the ONLY biblical method of gaining sanctification. We cannot walk as Jesus walked by trying harder, but only by being transformed into his image, and this sermon makes this truth very clear.
Afraid of prideful Phariseeism? Listen to this sermon. In near despair about your failures to "meet the standard"? Listen to this sermon!
This needs to be a featured sermon on this site for a long time.
Thanks again!
Great Sermon! Having heard Timothy's first sermon on "Church Membership"(#01), I decided to continue. These are good thought provoking messages on the Biblical concept of Church, looking at 'ekklesia' in the NT and how the term is used and applied. Today we seriously need to look hard at local church witness, also what this has come to represent in denominations, then ensure that the Berean, (Acts.17:11) principle is applied to our membership also!
Great Sermon! Motivating sermon! Great exhortation to truly redeem the time, walk circumspectly and wisely, and glorify God with all our time that we have. All Christians should be refreshed with an encouragement to serve the Lord with our time.
Great Sermon! As with all of Pastor Worrell's sermons, this is another gem--Beautifully delivered--Rich in content,
especially in conjunction with Spurgeon's 3 volume "Treasury of David"---
Very good Sermon! Sermons from the book of Esther are not that plentiful relatively speaking, so it is always good to hear quality preaching, if not the quantity, from that most practical of books.Brother Worrell has done a whole series from that book, and from what i have heard so far, no one will be disappointed in listening to his messages from Esther. Thankyou brother for taking the time to preach from Esther, and for sermonaudio for listing the messages, may they be of much benefit and blessing to those that will listen, may we have ears to hear, to the glory of God.
Great Sermon! As in #3 of this challenging series on Psalm 131, this message points out the danger in turbancy; believing but not accepting salvation. The dangers of ambition. The example of Robert Murry, Scotish Pastor was an exelent point of trusting that God promotes in His time, we should find contentment in the area He has placed us to serve.
