Thank you so much for the encouragement of this message.i found it so helpful especially the teaching concerning vain repetitions, often a point which worried me. I look forward to the coming teaching.
Great Sermon! How beautiful is was to listen to a sermon about the one crowned with glory and honor.
It caused me to do the same for he, Christ the Lamb, is worthy of all communication. He alone is worthy of our conversation.
He alone guarantees assurance and steadfastness. He is our rock. Therefore the righteous shall not be moved. He alone is beautiful for all situations. He alone, by and for the glory of God, turns the hearts of man wheresoever he wills. For he is God and King.
Correction Please accept my apology. The correct spellings of the names of the three men of God are as follows:
Hugh Latimer (16 October 1555)
Nicholas Ridley (16 October 1555) Â Â
Thomas Cranmer (21 March 1556)

A Concise and Lively Lecture on Church History! Thank you for your concise and lively lecture on church history entitled "The History of Redemption (Early Church to 1300 AD)": a clear testimony of God's free grace at liberty in the lives of His lambs in each generation. May we be blessed to hear more good reports this year in commemoration of the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation. The chatter of the young listeners at the close of the lecture is clear evidence that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is alive and well in the 21st century centers of learning: the church.
Thoughtful Summary of the English Reformation Thank you for your thoughtful discussion of the three men, Hugh Latimer, Nicholas Rigby and Thomas Cromwell, who were arrested, put on trial and burned at the stake for rejecting the false doctrine of transubstantiation and defending the Bible-based doctrine of salvation by grace and the church ordinance of the Lord's Supper in remembrance of Him--core issues at the heart of the English Reformation that are still relevant today.
Ephesians 2:8-10
(8) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
(9) Not of works, lest any man should boast.
(10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Very Insightful Church History Lecture! Thank you for your very insightful lecture on the Puritans and their providential part in shaping church history, beginning in the Reformation Period about A.D. 1564. Very interesting to learn how Puritanism impacted and became embedded in all manner, aspects and qualities of English life through the church--in government, work, business, marriage, family and the home--by means of sound preaching of the Word of God, the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
James 3:17-18
(17)But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
(18) And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
Great Sermon! Excellent sermon thanks very much! A critical look at Lot's life and how worldliness gradually crept up on him, his faith almost buried out of sight! An encouragement to stay alert lest the true believer be drawn into such a danger. We are to be alert, and resist the ungodliness abounding all around us. Truly blessed 😊
Great Sermon! Gethsemane fades into the background when Golgotha follows but the cross begins here! Know the weight of the sins of His people upon His broad shoulders and be blessed.
