“ Very Insightful Church History Lecture! ”
Thank you for your very insightful lecture on the Puritans and their providential part in shaping church history, beginning in the Reformation Period about A.D. 1564. Very interesting to learn how Puritanism impacted and became embedded in all manner, aspects and qualities of English life through the church--in government, work, business, marriage, family and the home--by means of sound preaching of the Word of God, the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
James 3:17-18
(17)But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
