“ The Impetuous Peter--Example Petrine Primacy?! ” 35:55 min. into the debate Dr. White offers his rebuttal to Gerry Matatics. Into the debate at 41:00 he looks into the four points the Romish Church has to prove. ¶ 1. The Romish Church says that Peter was appointed to primacy by the Lord Jesus Himself. This primacy is of honor, jurisdiction, and rulership. ¶ 2.This primacy is given according to the Romish Church, by its dogmatic teachings, Mat. 16:18-19, John 21:15-17, According to the Romish Church Peter is the rock of Mat. 16. This is to apply to Peter successors as well. When Christ told Peter to feed his sheep, Rome said this made Peter the pastor of all Christians. ¶ 3. Peter was the Bishop of Rome. ¶ 4. His primacy is passed on to the Bishops of Rome. Supposedly this was the belief of the ancient Christian Church. Anyone who holds a different opinion is an anathema. James White goes on to look at these points. ¶ 1. Problem: was Jesus speaking to Peter as the Rock? ¶2. Problem Peter was made the lead apostle? ¶ 3. The words of Jesus actually established the office of a Pope? ¶4. The Christian church has always supported the Peter/Pope idea?! The Romish Church has to prove its points beyond question, to have them accepted! One thing that is agreed to by Christians and Romists, you can't be neutral about the Papacy!

It gives in printed form much of what was given in the radio program. So, you can read it at your leisure, then this audio file will even a fuller impact. People should listen to this audio file and read the article.

These goofballs don't even consider the context of what's being spoken about for these verses. It always breaks my heart when people mangle the Scriptures by taking out what they want via ridiculous things like this, to serve their goofy anti-theistic hatred.

“ Dr. White deserves respect. ” I am very impressed by Dr. James White. He is influencing me through a holy and Christ-like example to mature in my views regarding discernment and apologetics. I can't believe so many people give him a hard time. Keep up the great work despite your critics.
“ Unfortunate ” Its unfortunate that Flowers was so distracted redefining terms and asking questions that are not raised in the passage that he forgot to actually preach through Romans 9! Im sure if i were James White i wouldnt know what to do with that. If flowerd wants to debate calvinism why not change the contract from Romans 9 Debate to Calvinism? It forces them to two different rooms, only one being agreed upon. Flowers i dont know what your deal is, you seem so passionate and zealous gainst the plain Word of God. Why?
“ Great Sermon! ” I'm 53 years old, at the age of 12 I became a member of a church that taught that Jesus was not God, he was out of God like he gave birth to Jesus or something like that, it was very Pentecostal and pushed becoming perfect like God, very legalistic. I left at the age of 27, I have been up and down with religion and God since then, my last five years have been very close to being atheist, but God has been extremely graceful to me and patient with me, and has called me to himself through sermon audio, I have never even heard of calvanism or Armenian ism, we were told baptists were brainwashed lol.... “ Good message ” Never heard of Jahaziel but his message was utterly ridiculous. But I guess that I as a believe lack "integrity" according to him. Dr. White does a great job dismantling this rapper's comments.
“ Great show ” Approximately five years ago I would listen to all of singers debates against the messiah which led me down a dark path to atheism, thanks be to God for sermon audio I've been led back to the truth, truth I didn't even really have in the first place, thank you for all you do for the Lord!
“ Too bad ” Looking forward to listening to this message but was kind of disappointed because it ended up just being over an hour argument about predestination.
There are enough arguments just within Christianity sects which agree on the overwhelming majority of issues about the doctrine of predestination so when using it against the Mormons who disagree on so many fundamental issues it kind of overcame the entire conversation.
Not much came of the multiple other mainstream subjects after quickly in the interview the host became unable to move past that subject.
“ Great Sermon! ” Arguing or spending 93 minutes with Wael is a horrible waste of time. You got nowhere with Wael and so it was a terrible waste of time. I would have preferred that you would have let us listen to Pastor Jefferies for 93 minutes. Then we could have learned something profitable.
