Great Sermon! This was a very helpful discussion on how to respond to irritating people. Very challenging but spot on. Having quite a few irritating people in my life ( at all times) I was very interested in any means to overcome the natural mans response.
Great Sermon! As I listened to this sermon, other verses were coming to me that I'd never considered in connection with the story of Mary at the tomb of Jesus. What an awesome book we have.
Great Sermon! Great sermon. Certainly worth sharing. For the comment that our #1 enemy is Satan, I wonder who people think is behind Islam and all the other false religions in the world. God Bless.
Great Sermon! This is a great reminder of what is our role as members of a local church and our relationship with our Pastor. Keep on delivering quality messages.
Great Sermon! What a blessing and surprise to find such solid Bible teaching among such Calvanistic heresy on here! I was refreshed! Thank you and God bless! I will be listening to more.
Great Sermon! Very good message n the subject of honouring our service men and women - one thing that always strikes me though is how people from America feel safer with guns - like you only have to do the maths to work out how many more deaths you have from gunshots in the USA compared to non gun owning societies - very very funny psychology !!!
Please Preacher As a true believer my number one enemy is Satan and this world. Some Islam people could be some of God's elect sheep. Ever thought of that? Satan controls this world and that includes the USA. Satan is allowed of God to set himself up to be worshiped as God in most so-called Christian churches. Christ says be not deceived (Matthew 24).
Great Sermon! Thank you pastor monte for speaking out so profoundly against anti semistism. It makes no sense that anyone supposedly filled with the Holy Spirit should be anti Semitic In any way shape or form. This message is even more important than it was when preached in 2007.
Great Sermon! This was a very interesting discussion. I am saddened that those who hold into Calvinism largely refuse to discuss these issues. I think we would all learn from each other if we had these discussions.
I did however have one thing that I wanted to highlight- I think the discussion of what is faith is at the core of this specific discussion. I believe that my faith is a gift from god - one minute I did not believe and was a scoffer- then I was presented by the gospel and quite miraculously I suddenly believed and have continued to believe for the last 30 years ( imagine breathing as an analogy - I do not consciously breathe- breathing is a gift of god ).
Also I cannot disagree with the concept of election - it is there in black and white:
Romans 8
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
