Introduction Harvest Presbyterian is a confessional church, which means we confess the ancient creeds and hold to the Reformed confessions as our statements of faith. We have found these to be extremely helpful as individual Christians, particular churches and as a denomination. They help us both to know what we believe, and to keep us from straying into error or even heresy. Sadly, as Presbyterians in today’s America, we know what can happen to the church of Jesus Christ when creeds and confessions are either taken lightly or dismissed altogether.
