Puritan Reformed Church (previously Puritan Scripturalist Church) is committed to:
1) sound doctrine from the Word of God alone,
2) purity in the worship of God in a manner that can be proven to be acceptable from Scripture alone, and
3) government of the church in a manner that requires proof from Scripture alone for the exercise of authority.
Puritan Church is concerned for the Glory of God in the proclamation of the Gospel, the teaching of the whole counsel of God, and the application of the Word in every area of our lives. We desire to encourage a concern for consistency in thought, word, and deed.
We hold to the Regulative Principle of Worship, sing the inspired compositions of Scripture without instrumental accompaniment, and practice family integrated worship.
We will normally have three teachings each Lord's Day. The first on a systematic subject of Scripture, the second an exposition of a Psalm in order to encourage singing with understanding, and the third an exposition of a text from one of the 66 books of Scripture to be taught through verse by verse.
