The First Protestant Reformed Church of Holland is a congregation of approximately 220 members located in Zeeland, Michigan. We are a member of the Protestant Reformed Churches in America.
Our worship emphasizes the preaching of God’s Holy Word as the power of God to salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16). Our roots extend from the truth of God’s Word, through the great Protestant Reformation of the 16th century, in which Martin Luther and John Calvin faithfully labored.
According to the infallible, verbally inspired Word of God we confess the Reformed faith. This is the sole directive of what we believe and how we must live. We find comfort in the truth of God’s sovereignty and the certain salvation of those who are His people in Jesus Christ. Our creeds are based upon God’s Holy Word. They are known as the Three Forms of Unity of the Reformed Churches: The Belgic Confession, The Heidelberg Catechism, and the Canons of Dort.
