Introduction "True to the Scriptures, the Reformed faith, and the Great Commission", Grace Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), and is located on the corner of S.C. Highway 90 and Riverside Drive, just outside the city limits of Conway, in the direction of North Myrtle Beach. We are approximately 12 miles west of the coast of Myrtle Beach, SC. We are Evangelical and Reformed in nature. By Evangelical, we mean that we emphasize the gospel (good news of salvation) through faith in Jesus Christ, as well as affirming other orthodox doctrines and holding to the inerrancy of Scripture. By Reformed, we mean that we are connected to the teachings of the historic church and the doctrinal beliefs recovered by the Reformation. These doctrinal beliefs are expressed in the Westminster Confession of Faith with the Larger and Shorter Catechisms. All officers of Grace must personally subscribe to and uphold the teachings of the Westminster Confession of faith. By Presbyterian, we mean that the PCA's representative form of church government is rooted in its name -- Presbyterian. Local churches are governed by elders (presbyters) elected by the church members. This form of government extends through the regional presbyteries, which facilitate connectionalism, to the national General Assembly, which expresses PCA's connectionalism and the bond of union between/among all the churches.
