Basic Information

Introduction Our focus in ministry is the same as that given by the Lord Jesus: to glorify God by making disciples of all the nations (Matthew 28:18-20). This disciple-making mandate not only provides a motivation for involvement in worldwide missions, it also shapes the local ministry of Christ Presbyterian Church. We make disciples according to the plan outlined in Ephesians 4:11-12. Through the preaching and teaching of the Word of God by gifted leadership, individual believers are “equipped” and built up for doing the work of the ministry. This shapes everything we do. Preaching and teaching God’s Word, the Bible, builds up believers, evangelizes the lost, and expands Christ’s Kingdom.
