Despite Oregon's Constitutional freedom-stifling, business-crushing, draconian, Covid-19 shutdowns — there are still masked, social-distanced, temperature-checked Saturday Markets where people are gathering to hear the Gospel. It was a joy to preach the hope of Jesus Christ and His Gospel in the midst of so much darkness, uncertainty, and fear. There were lots of listeners off camera to my right and left and behind the tents and food trucks. We prayed in the parking lot after the message and in immediate answer to our prayers, a man approached us and asked what church we were from and if he and his family could come on Sunday. It was a beautiful day of ministry.
